Remove Skype Ads

Guide to remove annoying skype ads.

1. Navigate to the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
2. Open host file with file editor [notepad] or [notepad++ if you have] (you might need admin rights)
3. Add the following lines to your host file

# Skype Ads Blocker
127.0.0.1   rad.msn.com
127.0.0.1   live.rads.msn.com
127.0.0.1   ads1.msn.com
127.0.0.1   static.2mdn.net
127.0.0.1   g.msn.com
127.0.0.1   a.ads2.msads.net
127.0.0.1   b.ads2.msads.net
127.0.0.1   ac3.msn.com
# By adding following line you lose "Skype Home"
127.0.0.1   apps.skype.com
# End Skype Ads Blocker

4. Save
